By accessing and using Istanbul Travel Point's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Istanbul Travel Point provides transfer and tour booking services in Istanbul, Turkey. Our services include:

  • Airport and city transfers
  • Guided tours and excursions
  • Vehicle rentals with professional drivers
  • Custom itinerary planning

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels.

3.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards.

3.3 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and other currencies for reference. Exchange rates may vary.

3.4 Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email with your PNR reference number.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type:

  • Transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
  • Tours: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled service
  • Late Cancellations: May incur fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete booking information
  • Arrive at designated pickup locations on time
  • Treat drivers and guides with respect
  • Comply with local laws and regulations
  • Pay any additional fees for changes or damages

6. Liability and Insurance

All vehicles and services are comprehensively insured. However, Istanbul Travel Point is not liable for:

  • Personal belongings left in vehicles
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Force majeure events

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be governed by Turkish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
