BUYER:
The person or legal entity who makes a booking through our website and whose information is provided during the booking process.
2. Subject of Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of services ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website.
By accepting this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed about the service features, sale price including all taxes, payment method, and all preliminary information required by the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Services and Pricing
3.1 Services Offered: Airport transfers, city tours, custom transportation services, and related travel services in Istanbul, Turkey.
3.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed on the website in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Payment: Payment must be made at the time of booking through secure online payment methods. The Seller accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment methods displayed on the website.
3.4 Price Validity: Prices are valid at the time of booking. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
4. Service Delivery
4.1 Confirmation: Upon successful booking and payment, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email containing booking details and PNR reference number.
4.2 Service Date: Services will be provided on the date and time specified in the booking confirmation.
4.3 Pickup Information: For transfer services, the driver will meet the Buyer at the designated pickup location as specified in the booking.
4.4 Tour Services: For tour services, meeting point and time will be specified in the booking confirmation.
4.5 Service Modifications: The Seller reserves the right to make minor modifications to services due to unforeseen circumstances, while maintaining the quality and value of the service.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Important Note on Withdrawal Rights:
In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed on a specific date or period, such as accommodation, transportation, car rental, food and beverage services, and services for entertainment or leisure purposes.
However, the Buyer may cancel their booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy:
- Transfer Services: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
- Tour Services: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled service
- Late Cancellations: May incur cancellation fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy

6. Buyer's Obligations
The Buyer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete booking information including name, contact details, and pickup/drop-off locations
- Make payment in full at the time of booking
- Be present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
- Inform the Seller of any special requirements (child seats, accessibility needs, etc.) at the time of booking
- Comply with the Seller's terms and conditions and Turkish laws
- Treat drivers, guides, and vehicles with respect and care
- Pay for any damages caused to vehicles or property due to the Buyer's negligence
7. Seller's Obligations
The Seller agrees to:
- Provide services as described in the booking confirmation
- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, insured, and licensed
- Employ professional, licensed drivers and guides
- Send booking confirmation and service details to the Buyer within 24 hours of booking
- Provide 24/7 customer support for booking-related inquiries
- Process refunds in accordance with the Cancellation Policy
- Protect the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, severe weather conditions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the Seller will work with the Buyer to reschedule services or provide a full refund at the Buyer's discretion.

9.2 Consumer Arbitration Committees: In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was made, within the monetary limits specified in the law.
9.3 Monetary Limits (as of 2025):
- District Consumer Arbitration Committees: Up to 120,000 TRY
- Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees: From 120,000 TRY to 1,000,000 TRY
- Consumer Courts: Above 1,000,000 TRY
Note: These monetary limits are updated annually by the Ministry of Trade. Please check current limits at the time of dispute.
10. Personal Data Protection
The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) No. 6698 and our Privacy Policy. By accepting this agreement, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of service delivery, communication, and legal obligations.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement, without prejudice to the Buyer's right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.
12. Effectiveness
By completing the booking process on our website and making payment, the Buyer accepts all terms and conditions of this Distance Sales Agreement. A copy of this agreement is made available to the Buyer via email upon booking confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website and will apply to bookings made after the update date.
Declaration of Acceptance
By completing your booking and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept all terms and conditions set forth in this Distance Sales Agreement, including information about service features, total price, payment method, delivery terms, and your rights and obligations as a consumer under Turkish law.
