Cancellation Policy

1. Transfer Cancellations

1.1 Free Cancellation: You may cancel any transfer booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

1.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

1.3 No-Show: Failure to appear at the pickup location without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.

1.4 Same-Day Changes: Changes to pickup time or location within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

2. Tour Cancellations

2.1 Free Cancellation: You may cancel any tour booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time for a full refund.

2.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the tour start time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

2.3 Very Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will incur a 75% cancellation fee.

2.4 No-Show: Failure to appear at the meeting point without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.

2.5 Group Tours: For group tours with 10+ participants, special cancellation terms may apply. Please contact us for details.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval.

3.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

3.3 Currency Fluctuations: Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Exchange rate differences are not compensated.

3.4 Processing Fees: Payment gateway fees (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable on all cancellations.

3.5 Partial Refunds: For bookings with multiple services, partial cancellations will be refunded according to the applicable cancellation policy for each service.

4. Modifications

Changes to existing bookings are subject to the following terms:

  • Date/Time Changes: Allowed up to 24 hours before service, subject to availability
  • Location Changes: May incur additional charges based on distance
  • Participant Changes: Changes to the number of participants may affect pricing and vehicle assignment
  • Service Upgrades: Available at any time with payment of the price difference
  • Service Downgrades: Treated as partial cancellations with applicable fees

5. Force Majeure

In cases of events beyond our control, special cancellation terms apply:

  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather making travel unsafe may result in free cancellation or rescheduling
  • Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters qualify for full refunds
  • Political Events: Civil unrest, strikes, or government restrictions may qualify for free cancellation
  • Health Emergencies: Pandemics or health crises declared by authorities may qualify for flexible cancellation
  • Flight Cancellations: Proof of airline cancellation required for fee waiver on airport transfers

In force majeure situations, we will work with you to provide alternatives, reschedule, or issue refunds as appropriate.
