Distance Selling Agreement
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This agreement is concluded electronically between the service provider identified below and the consumer purchasing the service, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
1. Parties
The service provider's trade name, address, tax identification number, registered electronic mail address and contact details are published in full on our Contact page and form an integral part of this agreement. The consumer becomes a party through the name, e-mail address, telephone number and journey details given during booking.
2. Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement is the private transfer service for which the consumer has created a booking electronically, with defined pickup and drop-off points, date and time. The characteristics of the service, the vehicle category and the total price are shown to the consumer at the booking step.
3. Price and payment
The amount shown on the booking screen is the total price including taxes. Bridge, motorway and airport entry fees required by the route, together with any requested additional services, are shown as separate lines before payment. The service fee applied to card payments is shown as its own line on the payment page; it is not applied when payment to the driver is selected.
Payments are taken with 3D Secure verification through the infrastructure of iyzico, a licensed payment institution. Card details are not stored on the service provider's servers.
4. Performance of the service
For airport transfers the driver meets the consumer in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Where a flight number has been given, the flight is tracked and the pickup time is updated free of charge in the event of a delay. For other transfers the driver is present at the notified address at the agreed time.
5. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal in respect of transport services required to be performed on a specific date or period. Nevertheless, the service provider grants free cancellation on the terms set out on the Cancellation and Refund Terms page.
6. Resolution of disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
7. Entry into force
By confirming the booking, the consumer declares that they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force at the moment the booking is created.
