KVKK Disclosure Notice

This notice has been prepared in the capacity of data controller pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698.

Data controller

The data controller's trade name, MERSIS number, tax identification number, registered address and registered electronic mail address are published on our Contact page.

Data processed and legal basis

Identity data (name, surname), contact data (e-mail, telephone) and customer transaction data (booking, route, payment) are processed. The legal basis is the establishment and performance of the contract under Article 5/2-c, and, in respect of payment and invoice records, compliance with a legal obligation under Article 5/2-ç.

Transfers

Your data is transferred to the assigned driver for performance of the service, to a licensed payment institution established in Turkey for payment processing, and to e-mail and messaging infrastructure providers for notification delivery. Transfers abroad occur within the scope of the cloud infrastructure used, in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of the law.

Rights of the data subject

Under Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrect, to request its erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result arising against you through analysis exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation should you suffer loss.
