These terms govern the use of the Istanbul Travel Point website. By using the site you are deemed to have accepted them.

Scope of service

Private transfer bookings in Istanbul and the surrounding region can be made through the site. The prices shown apply to the stated route, date and vehicle category.

Booking and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the pickup and drop-off addresses, the date and time, the passenger count and the contact details you provide when booking. Where the service cannot be performed because of incorrect information, no refund can be made.

Prices

Prices include taxes and are fixed. Toll charges required by the route and any requested additional services are shown as separate lines before payment. Published prices may be updated without prior notice; the price of a booking already created does not change.

Passenger obligations

Smoking and consuming alcohol in the vehicle, and requests contrary to traffic rules, are prohibited. Damage caused to the vehicle is borne by the passenger. The driver is entitled to end the journey in situations that endanger safety of life.

Limitation of liability

No liability is accepted for delays arising from force majeure, extraordinary weather conditions, road closures or decisions of official authorities. All journeys are covered by compulsory seat insurance.

Intellectual property

The text, images and design elements on the site belong to Istanbul Travel Point and may not be used without permission.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication.
