Know exactly where your driver will be waiting before you board your flight. We have an office in the arrivals hall at both airports, and the meet and greet is done with a name sign.
If you give your flight number when booking, we track your flight; waiting is free of charge in the event of a delay.

Straight ahead from international arrivals: past Burger King, Caffè Nero on your right
After you come out of international arrivals, walk straight ahead. You will pass Burger King, and just beyond it you will see Caffè Nero on your right. On the left, directly across from Caffè Nero, are the tourism offices — that is us, the first one in the row: THK ME TRAVEL. Our staff at the office will connect you with your driver. After you book, we contact you over WhatsApp with your driver's details.
