Meet and greet at Istanbul Airport
After passport control and baggage claim, walk out of international arrivals. Our team at the THK ME TRAVEL (Istanbul Travel Point) office in the arrivals hall meets you and takes you to your driver. Once you have booked, we send your driver's details over WhatsApp.
If your flight is delayed
Add your flight number when you book and we track your flight. Your pickup moves with the actual landing time, and the first 60 minutes after landing are free of charge.

After you come out of international arrivals, walk straight ahead. You will pass Burger King, and just beyond it you will see Caffè Nero on your right. On the left, directly across from Caffè Nero, are the tourism offices — that is us, the first one in the row: THK ME TRAVEL (Istanbul Travel Point). Our staff at the office will connect you with your driver. After you book, we contact you over WhatsApp with your driver's details.
